By-Laws

The mission of this organization is to:

Advance psychology as a science and as a means of promoting human welfare by the encouragement of the study and practice of psychology in all its branches;

Stimulate community and professional interest in psychology and a better understanding of the role of psychology in the Nashville area;

Share ideas, techniques and research that will help promote professional competency and scientific growth in psychology; and

Assist in the monitoring of professional and ethical standards for the practice of psychology.
